A Concise Guide to PSi 2015 TOHOKU
This document contains important information for your attendance at PSi 2015 TOHOKU. Please read it carefully.

2 Free Shuttle Bus Service
During the conference, the shuttle bus will be operated between the conference site and Aomori station/City center. The shuttle bus schedule and stops can be found at the conference website and in the conference kit.
You will need to check in at the Registration Desk located in the main hall to receive your conference kit including conference program and your name badge.
Please bring the E-ticket (Peatix ticket)
Download the Peatix ticket to your smartphone and also print out the QR code of the ticket using the web browser beforehand.

4 Onsite registration
Participants registering on-site are requested to complete the payment at the Registration Desk. Please note that the registration desk accepts ONLY CASH PAYMENTS.
5 Name Badges
For purposes of security and as proof of registration, a name badge must be worn during all conference hours and for admission to all conference functions.
6 Osorezan Cultural Visit, Fri., Aug.28
Please refer to the separate communication on the details.
7 Welcome Reception, Sat., Aug. 29
Welcome Reception will be held at Jomon Jiyukan, 5 minutes’ walk from the conference venue. After the Day 1 sessions finish, please move to the reception site according to the conference staff.
8 Closing Buffet, Mon., Aug. 31
Closing Buffet will take place at Wa rasse in City center. Participants with tickets to the closing buffet, please go through the reception counter on-site. The counter will open at 18:30.
9 Jomon Site Visit, Sun., Aug. 30
Assemble in front of Aomori station police box at 7:00am. Please be punctual. Buses will not wait for latecomers. When you register at the Registration Desk, please complete check in for this program as well. The registration desk will not open before departure time on the day, so be sure to register by the day before. We will move to the conference venue on foot after the tour finishes at 9:00 am.
10 Terayama Screening, Sun., Aug.30 10:45-12:45 at Theater
When you check in at the Registration Desk on-site to pick up your conference materials, please complete check in for the screening as well Be sure to register in time to attend the program.
If you arrive late for the screening, you will be admitted to the theater at the first suitable break.
11 Taketeru Kudo Butoh Workshop Tue., 1 Sept., 14:00-16:00 at WS-B1/B2
When you register at the Registration Desk, please complete check in for the workshop as well. You will not be admitted to the workshop if you are late. Wear / Bring clothes that are easy to move in. A changing area is available.
12 Wireless Internet Service
Wireless Internet service is available for free, while no PC station is provided.
13 Copy / Printer Service
Copy service will not be provided on site for your presentation. Please make paper copies by yourself. Printer service is available at Friendly Window at city center.
14 Cloak Room Service
Cloaks are not available in the registration area, but Aomori Museum of Art has coin-operated lockers available for public use.
15 Drink Service
Beverages are served at the Refreshment Corner in the Community Hall for free.
Those who order Bento-box lunch, please visit Refreshment Corner around 12:00 noon on 8/30 and 8/31. Your lunch box will be served in exchange of the lunch ticket.
17 Eating and drinking
Eating and drinking are allowed only in the Community Hall.
18 Information Desk
An information desk will be staffed near the registration desk throughout the conference. Conference staffs can be recognized by their cloth sashes.
19 Friendly Window
Information center and communication place will be open from Thursday, August 27 through Tuesday, September 1 in Aomori city center area. Wireless Internet access, printer and LCD monitor are available. For details, please visit: http://psi21.portfolio-butoh.jp/venue/
20 Schedule Change
Any schedule changes will be posted each day on the Message Board located at the Information Desk and also at Facebook. Please visit this area or Facebook each day for the most up-to-date information.
21 Message Forwarding
There is neither message forwarding services nor announcements by the conference staff. Please use message boards at the Information Desk.
22 Lost and Found
To check whether a lost item has been turned in, please come to the Information Desk. After the conference, please contact at the PSi 2015 TOHOKU Office.
23 Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the museum. The smoking space is located near the Entrance 6.
The conference staff can be reached by phone from Monday, August 24, 10:00 onwards until Tuesday, September 1, 18:00. Please use these numbers only for very emergency matters.
